Service Description
I have been mentoring people for over 12 years and in business for over 20. Over the last 3 years I have worked more and more closely with small groups of people, helping them find the path and the perspectives in their lives that have enabled them to become human beings they had never been before, and accomplish things in their lives they've never been able to accomplish before. Those experiences have shown me how much I really love working with people. There might also be something about the love of coaching that is in my blood from my inspirational grandfather. I only have the bandwidth right now to work with a few people and experience has shown me that not everyone is a good match for each other when it comes to developing these close one-on-one coaching relationships. So what is it that we could work on together and does that have value for you? You may or may not know this, but most truly wealthy people continue to pursue business after business and deal after deal not because they're addicted to the money. They're chasing meaning! They see life as a game with a certain set of rules that they've set out to understand and master through they're own experience. You can win at this game and its a game that becomes easier to win the more leverage you have. Money is just one of those things that gives a person more leverage to better play the game with. Money should never be the reason for playing the game. Money is a terrible purpose for living, but it can empower your purpose for living and you can use it to leverage every other skill and gift you have. But let's be clear, it is the development and application of your skills and gifts that gives your life meaning. A person's true wealth lies in who they are and who they have the potential to become. So let's pursue the acquisition of more money as the acquisition of more leverage to empower the fulfillment of your purpose in life - not the end in itself for our work together. I believe that our lives outwardly are a reflection of our lives inwardly. Who are we? Who are we becoming? What actions do we take on a daily basis? What beliefs and traumas, etc., are governing our thoughts and actions on a daily basis? If we think of ourselves as little factories, most of us are not set up to produce the products that we really want in our lives. We begin reengineering ourselves at the level of our thinking.
